Rather than starting with furniture selections, the focus began with how the space needed to perform. Working alongside a reputable local design firm based in Metairie, our team helped develop a conceptual floorplan and define intentional work zones that support both focused work and collaboration. The goal was to create an environment that feels purposeful, adaptable, and aligned with how teams operate today—and how they will operate in the future.
As the project evolved, so did the details. Over many months, layouts, finishes, and product selections were thoughtfully reviewed and refined. This process wasn’t about rushing decisions—it was about getting them right. The result is a carefully curated blend of modern design and forward-thinking functionality that supports productivity while maintaining a professional, timeless aesthetic.
Execution played a critical role in bringing the vision to life. To ensure a seamless transition into the new space, GBP’s installation team coordinated the delivery and installation of two full truckloads of furniture during the holiday window between Christmas and New Year’s. By completing the install during this timeframe, the space was fully move-in ready for the start of 2026, allowing Bollinger’s team to begin the new year without disruption.
