A New Hub for Sunshine: Thoughtful Design, Fast Installation, Real Results
Sunshine’s new headquarters along I-10 in Baton Rouge is officially up and running—and we’re proud to have played a key role in bringing the space to life. This project was all about balancing smart design, brand consistency, and budget discipline, and the end result delivered on all fronts.
From the start, the vision for this new hub was clear: create a functional, welcoming environment that could effectively support Sunshine’s growing network of locations. The space needed to serve multiple purposes—day-to-day operations, team collaboration, training, and client-facing interactions—without sacrificing style or exceeding budget.
Working closely with the owner, our sales and design team collaborated to develop a layout that maximized every square foot. Through a series of planning sessions and concept reviews, we aligned on a design that incorporated private offices for focused work, flexible touchdown spaces for team members on the move, a fully equipped training room, and a comfortable, well-appointed breakroom. A dedicated showroom seating area was also included to provide a polished, professional setting for visitors.
One of the key priorities for this project was integrating Sunshine’s company colors throughout the space while still maintaining a strong focus on value. By carefully selecting cost-effective furniture solutions and finishes, we were able to reinforce brand identity without driving up costs. This approach ensured the space feels cohesive and intentional, while still staying well within budget.
Execution was just as important as planning. Once final selections were approved, our team moved quickly to coordinate delivery and installation. Thanks to detailed pre-planning and strong communication, the installation process was completed efficiently, minimizing downtime and allowing Sunshine to transition seamlessly into their new headquarters.
The end result is a clean, functional, and branded workspace designed to support both employees and visitors. From private offices to collaborative areas, every element was chosen with purpose—creating an environment that not only looks great but works hard for the team using it every day.
This project is a great example of what can be achieved when thoughtful design, clear communication, and budget-conscious decision-making come together. Sunshine’s new headquarters is more than just a workspace—it’s a central hub built to support growth, collaboration, and long-term success.
